Welcome to the new online support section of ISSIMRO.com.  Use the tools and procedures located in this section to find help and get answers to your questions.

For AS400 questions and problems please call either Michael Forney at extension 119 in Salisbury.  He will direct your call to the appropriate individual for fixing your problem.

For immediate assistance in the following, but not limited to the following, areas please call Michael Forney at extension 119 in Salisbury:

  • Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, etc.)
  • Email Setup (this is setting up, configuring, or troubleshooting your email account in Outlook or Outlook Express, changing your password, etc.)
  • New email setups and Email service problems not related to problems in Outlook or Outlook Express
  • Internet Problems (unable to connect, errors on pages outside ISSI websites, etc.)
  • Networking Problems (unable to connect to other computers on your branch network)
  • Basic AS400 problems (Installing Client Access and configuring new sessions)
  • Computer maintenance and repair
  • New computer purchase and setup
  • Software upgrades and problems

Call Alex Dunn at extension 107 in Salisbury for the following issues:

  • CSI Application questions and problems (i.e. STOREROOM, BinFill, etc.)
  • Website corrections and enhancements
